What is a collaboration bottle?

 
 

A mymizu collaboration bottle is not just any bottle. By choosing to collaborate with mymizu you are not only helping your teams to reduce their plastic waste and integrate sustainability into their daily lives, you can also be a proud supporter of our movement to make sustainability the norm in Japan.

You can choose one colour per bottle colour. We will share a draft design once we have received your logo.

*NB design modification requests are limited to one request and the layout/position of the logo will be as in the visuals above.

Pricing & How to Order

Order Process and Timeline

  1. Please contact us using the mymizu Collaboration Bottle Order Form. (Please note our minimum order size is 50 bottles (for 2 colours, the minimum order size is 50+50=100 bottles))

  2. mymizu will send you a quotation, estimated delivery date, and a bottle design draft within approx. 5 working days.

  3. Please confirm the contents of the quotation and design before confirming your order by e-mail.

  4. After confirming your order, we will send you an invoice for the order.

  5. Bottle production will begin once we have received your payment.

  6. If you order a sample bottle, it will be delivered approximately 17 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) after payment is received. If you proceed without a sample bottle, delivery will take approximately 23 working days from payment.

  7. Please check the sample and contact the mymizu team to proceed with the production.

  8. The final product will be delivered approximately 23 working days after you have confirmed you are happy with the sample.

Points to Note

Design

  1. Please note that the general position of the logos on the bottle will be as shown in the images above.

  2. One revision request will possible after the design proposal has been sent (e.g. to adjust logo size)

 

Samples

  1. You are welcome to proceed without a sample (e.g. if you have a tight timeline). However, should you choose to do so, you acknowledge and take on the risk of proceeding with the main order without having checked a sample.

  2. Please note that once payment has been made and the order has been placed (i.e. before the sample is produced), you are committing to (at minimum) the order size you have paid for (refunds are not available). 

  3. We cannot accept orders for samples only.

  4. It is possible to change the design after you receive the sample, but this will incur an additional cost.

The above timeline is a guide. Please note that it may vary depending on stock availability and other factors.

 

Price

  1. The unit price per bottle will vary depending on the number of bottles requested, so please use the prices above as a reference. We will send you a formal quotation after receiving your application.

  2. Please note that if you have more than one delivery address, there will be an additional cost for shipping.

 

Payment

Please pay by bank transfer and in advance (the date of transfer will be indicated in the quotation).

 

Returns and exchanges

  1. In the case of a manufacturing factory defect, only items that have been reported within 30 days of delivery and returned to the specified address will be refunded. Please note that we will not be able to deal with defective products after 30 days have passed. In addition, any damage caused after delivery (e.g. scratches, damage caused by dropping etc will not be considered for refund). Similarly, customer negligence (damage or use other than that described in the quality label) and age-related deterioration will not, in principle, be considered for refund. Please also note that cancellations, returns and exchanges (wrong size, wrong design, colour exchange, wrong purchase, etc.) for the customer's own reasons are not accepted.

  2. When we deliver the products, we not only inspect the products at the factory, but also inspect all the products again in Japan after printing and before delivery. We check there are no defects such as printing issues, scratches, scuffs, etc., but in the unlikely event that there is vacuum damage during the production stage, since it is not discernible from the outside it will not be picked up by our visual checks. So in the unlikely event of vacuum damage during the production stage, we will accept enquiries outside of the 30 day period and will aim to resolve any issues on a case-by-case basis.
