Youth Collaboration: Clean Up Event @ Shibuya

mymizu co-organised a litter picking event with high school students from Students Advocating For the Environment (SAFE).

We really enjoyed collaborating with this group of young leaders - especially because we first connected when some of their team members joined our “Campus Changemakers Summit”!

It was wonderful to see new connections and friendships coming to life with meaningful action ✨

In just an hour and a half, we found so much trash - the most common items were plastic bottles and cigarette butts.

Thank you to members of SAFE and friends who joined - we’re looking forward to continued collaborations with youth groups in the future and working together for Collective Impact! 🔥
